Pat and his team were knowledgeable, great communicators, and easy to work with. Even through uncertain times with employment, switching Realitors, and transitioning jobs, Pat still remained focused on supporting us and getting the best rate. For example, when he reviewed the fee schedule of the title company, he noticed some unnecessary fees. He negotiated with the company on our behalf to remove the fees. He also showed up at signing to ensure all went well. Thanks again Pat for helping us get into our new home!

Jared is one of a kind. Very organized, thorough, patient, and easy to work with. Our experience was truly the best. He went above and beyond every step of the way and communicated so well, always keeping us informed and answering questions clearly. He would do anything to make the transaction as smooth as possible for us: late calls, early calls, middle of the day call, and answering a million questions (even the ones we asked more than once). We worked with a team of five people on our side and several from the other side, and Jared handled everything to ensure every detail was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. Whenever there was a hiccup, he solved it immediately and always with our needs and preferences in mind. He was always available for a call or text, and we always felt seen and heard. We never once had to chase him for answers. He always remained calm, supportive, and patient during my more stressful moments. Every bit of this experience was pleasant and rewarding. As first time homebuyers, and self-employed entrepreneurs, we got everything we needed from information, to patience and high-quality comfort on closing day . From the first conversation with Anthony to obtaining my home financing loan, the whole process was a pleasant experience.
