Chantelle Perkins was absolutely wonderful. If it wasn't for her constanting checking in with me and offering assistance, I might have gotten discouraged. Her customer service was superior to what I've experienced from other financial institutions. Some of the other folks I dealt with were not so good at providing information and answering questions. That was why I did not give the highest rating. Chantelle answered my questions immediately and followed up on any concerns I had. I give my interactions with Chantelle the absolute highest ranking. When I recommend Embrace Home Loan to anyone, I'll tell them to make sure they are working with Chantelle.
