If you're an investor looking at a DSCR loan, Marty is your guy. This was my first one and I had no idea how the process worked, but he knew the product inside and out and walked me through every part of it. He kept me updated even when things got bumpy, and chased down every detail on my behalf. What I appreciated most is that he understood my investor goals and worked with me even as a first-timer qualifying on the property's income instead of the traditional route. Quick, honest, and genuinely in my corner. If you want a lender who actually knows DSCR financing and treats you like a person, go with Marty and his team!

I can't say enough good things about Marty. Buying my first investment property was a big step, and I came in with a lot of questions and honestly a lot of nerves. Marty and his team made the whole thing so much easier. No matter what time of day, he picked up the phone and walked me through whatever I was worried about, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much.
