Before I spoke with David I was working with Veterans United . Veteran United gave me a check list of all the things that I would need to do to get approved for a loan and once I completed the list the lender wanted me to wait 8 months before they would approve me. It broke my heart and my motivation to buy a home was very low. I gave up until Kelly Goree referred me to David. He called me and we spoke about buying a home .
