Outside of work, Donny is a proud husband to Britney and a father to his daughter Kinley, who brings joy and adventure to their family. The Panasis family has called Viera home since 2014, and Donny is deeply committed to this wonderful community.

As a leader, Donny works hard to create a family-like atmosphere in the office, where his team feels valued and motivated to achieve their common goals. He also believes in giving back to the community, which is why he is an active member of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® and the Home Builders & Contractors Association. He also serves as a board member of 321Millennials, a philanthropic organization that works to give back to the community. Additionally, Donny is involved with The Church at Viera, where he finds inspiration to continue serving others. In his free time, Donny enjoys traveling, whether it’s to local spots like Disney Parks or international destinations. He is also an avid saltwater aquarist, enjoying his 20-year hobby of keeping saltwater fish and corals. When he’s not out on the water or exploring new places, Donny enjoys spending quality time with his family, cooking, and relaxing at home.
