If you're an investor looking at a DSCR loan, Marty is your guy. This was my first one and I had no idea how the process worked, but he knew the product inside and out and walked me through every part of it. He kept me updated even when things got bumpy, and chased down every detail on my behalf. I can't say enough good things about Marty. Buying my first investment property was a big step, and I came in with a lot of questions and honestly a lot of nerves.
