Jason did a fantastic job, and Embrace did as well. My negative feedback is related to Eastern Title. The closing process regarding the title has been bad and the communication has been very inadequate. My family and I closed a couple of weeks ago and we are still waiting for Eastern Title to receive our third mortgage payoff. Eastern Title is still holding $1,400 from my family related to this thrid mortgage payoff. During the closing process I was told time and time again that the third payoff was going to be received, "tomorrow". Dan Erb mentioned this to me on more than one instance. I feel as though I was told things that were untrue in order to get me to sign the loan documents. I am not exactly sure what the best way to move forward is, but I am considering escalating this issue via lagal means of remedy. I would apprecoiate if someone could please call me at 443-600-4884.
