I truly cannot recommend Jake Rossman enough. I was introduced to Jake through my realtor as a first-time homebuyer with a somewhat unique situation, and from the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make it happen. Jake took the time to thoroughly explain every single step of the process and always made sure I understood exactly what was happening and what to expect next. I never felt like I was in the dark or unsure about anything. He worked tirelessly to get everything taken care of, was always available when I had questions, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel comfortable and manageable.
